Terms & conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses StayOnRoad or subscribes to a premium plan.

1. Services

StayOnRoad is a platform where campervan travellers find spots and where owners can showcase their location. A free listing is possible; premium plans add extra visibility.

2. Plans and prices

Free (€0), Bronze (€100), Silver (€250), Gold (€500) and Platinum Partner (€3,000) per year, excluding VAT. Prices may be adjusted annually and are announced at least 30 days in advance.

3. Payment and renewal

Payments run through our secure payment partner. A subscription runs for one year and renews automatically unless you cancel through your account before the end of the period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your account. The listing stays active until the end of the paid period; the remaining period is not refunded.

5. Content and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and photos of your spot. StayOnRoad may refuse or remove listings with misleading or unlawful content.

6. Liability

StayOnRoad is an intermediary platform and is not liable for the condition of a spot or for agreements between traveller and owner.

7. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
